Hello, everyone ...

I am usually found on the AA board (haven't flown DL in several years) but tonight I have a question for those who have flown Delta in transatlantic BusinessElite.

If all things were equal (aircraft, seat availability, schedules that met your requirements, etc.), and you weren't biased by living in or near either of the two gateway cities, would you choose ATL-LGW or CVG-LGW if flying to London in BusinessElite?

Over the years I have heard and read comments about some airlines' crews based in one city being generally friendlier/more service oriented than those based in another. How is it perceived over here on DL?

Any other differences I should know about regarding the delivery of the BusinessElite product when departing CVG or ATL? Do "BizElite" passengers have access to Crown Rooms or other premium lounges?
