Without trying to start some sort of flame war, seems you guys are always complaining about how slow BA are to credit or debit transactions from your accounts, especially when using miles to MFU etc. What is it with BA and the system hosting BAEC? Seems like they need a major upgrade as even simple things seem to confuse it.
I have never had a problem with QF. Flights tend to credit fast and even upgraded flights always post correctly as well as quickly. My experience with other carriers such as CO & AN has also been similar.
Seems like BA really need to invest some money into their technology. At the very least they would possibly stop half the calls coming into their call centre and save money that way. It would also stop Lyndsey being PM'ed every time you guys are not able to get any joy using the call centre......
