Trying to do this for a domestic departure point
I'm trying to get this offer for a GLA-LGW-CAG route, but do not get the option to upgrade (however when I try just LGW-CAG I do get the option...)

Can you do this online (ie just upgrade the LGW-CAG leg of a booking?)
