How is Dell's sales, customer service, and tech support?
I'm about to order the XPS M170 gaming laptop. It took
me more than an hour on the phone with them just to
try to get some questions answered before making a firm
purchase. It's transfer after transfer after tranfer....
I'm having serious seconds thoughts about getting a laptop
from Dell. If service is this bad
before I buy, what
will it be like
after I have shelled out $3200?
