72 hour upgrade window while in the air
I'm "holding" a BE JFK-SFO ticket leaving at 6 PM Wed., but from 5:30-7 will be on a different DL flight. Is there any way to either upgrade from the air (hopefully NOT by using obscenely expensive inflite phone) or getting some sort of waiting list/waiver status since it's my us of DL that is keeping me from calling at the "high-yield" hour?
