The 10:20 flight definitely gets full service. I use the flight because it best suits my body clock for the trip - I get on the plane, get a light snack and something to drink, and go to sleep - around 11:30 according to my eastern time body clock. Landing later in the morning still gives me time for some sunlight to get adjusted before going to bed at a normal London hour. I'm baffled by those who eat and drink multiple courses and then try to get a couple of hours sleep on a full stomach - it just didn't work for me. You might want to consider this "alternative" approach, unless you're really determined to get you money's worth on the food and drink side.
