I would think you could get more than 10,000 miles. If anything atleast 10,000. I simply wrote to BA Customer Service regarding problems with the IFE system on a flight I was on just to let them know that it was static hissing occurring throughout the entire flight. It was more of just a "hey, heads up" type email, yet the replied stating they would credit my BAEC account 3000 miles ^

I would think 10,000 would be fair and considering they gave me 3000 for such a minor thing, I might think they would give you more. good luck.

Oh and how long does it take for miles such as these to be reflected in your account?
