Since the OP already credited these flights (and received credit) to his AS FFP, trying to credit them to BA as well is rather iffy (aka 'taking the piss'). I would hope BA's systems pick this up.

Personally, I suggest the OP uses any future flights to join and credit to the EC from that date on.
