One-way BUF/ROC-PHL, is it ever 'cheap'?

So later in the year, I will need to fly from Western NY to PHL. (This is actually the middle segment of a circle trip, but I found such a cheap deal for the other 2 legs, that I went ahead and bought that as an open jaw.) How cheap does BUF/ROC-PHL ever get?

The cheapest I am finding at the moment is $188 all in, UA ticket, US metal, via BOS, from BUF. I believe that is actually pricing out as an open-jaw rather than one way, since BUF-PHL is the shortest leg, beating PHL-BOS by 1 mile. I am wondering what I should set my goal price for, in hopes of possibly getting this cheaper. And I have looked at throwaway ticketing and alternate airports, etc.

I really don't care if I fly nonstop, but do need to fly UA/US. So I thought I would ask here to see what others have paid in the past year or so.

Thanks,
BillJ
