I was in Birmingham in January. I am 20 and was with young friends.

We went bar/club hopping on this one main street in Birmingham. One I recall was called Rococo, I can't remember the others. Supposedly that street is full of bars/clubs but the ones we were at were mostly full of younger people and were loud music.

I liked it, but from what you are looking for, stay away from those.
