Simle answer: No.

If you reach at Silver tier, your mileage earning for the next tier is reset to 0.
For example,
At Green,
APR06-JUN06 30,000 miles in 3 months.
You become Silver after that.
At Silver
JUL06-OCT06 60,000 miles in 4 months.
You become Gold.
At Gold
NOV06-JAN07 120,000 miles in 3 months.
You become Diamond.

These are normal steps.
However, a few member got Diamond status faster.
E.g. several longhaul F RTs, or over 120,000miles within very short period, etc.

You may find some threads that discuss these types of shortcut.
But, basically, CX does not offer such shortcut.
