Do we know if the sales were preplanned and legally allowed by the SEC? If so, there is nothing illegal or even immoral involved. It's simply a matter of life ain't fair! Most people I know work for publicly owned companies and scrape to just get by, yet have the top management raking in the big bucks. Life just ain't fair for most of us.
