I have yet to really find a good deal at any duty free shop. Although the odd duty free shop may have a selection that is hard to find. The DFS Galleria in Singapore had advertised 40 year old macallan scotch, but when I got there they didn't have it. Ended up with a 25 year old Ballantines. I forget how much I paid for it allready.

The non-duty free shops in Tokyo are the best. Cheapest prices I've found in Asia (and N America). ^
