Has anyone applied for any of the airline affinity "business cards" and successfully rec'd them with the bonus miles with out having an individual business?

Currently, I am a consultant and travel 100% of the time and although I rack up about $5000 per month in expenses I am an employee so I don't know how I could get the add'l cards with bonuses. I'd like to get United, AA and the DL business AMEX but when it comes to filling out the app I don't know how to qualify as an employee of another company.

Has anyone successfully done this? Thanks...
