I believe it would be like they said, Specific Rooms and reviews on those rooms, like a cross ePinions and SeatGuru. I think it will help alot to know specific rooms, GOOD and BAD. I know for example I was in the Hilton Towers NYC (Mid-Town) and some rooms were awful.

I am in a nice room at the Sheraton tonight, but for example, this hotel has corner rooms that change every floor (it gets shorter every level, like a pyramid), so the xx00 and xx65 would not be a good idea. Just a thought.

So I agree with specific room reviews. Nice idea.
