First experience as a UGS with the new check in at LAX T7. Arrived this morning and it was a zoo. Had to fight my way through people to get to the UGS checkin counter. The elite security check line was very long but the UGS agent was nice enough to escort me to the front of the line. Not very happy with the new setup.
