Note that virtually all the benfits of the Chase BA Visa are also offered by the Merrill+ Visa which carries no annual fee. The Merrill card does not earn double miles on BA transactions, but points can be exchanged for BA miles in blocks of 5,000, it does offer 2 for 1 and the $250 discount on Club fares.
