Perhaps the OP prefers window seats, but I find them extremely cramped, with the added bonus of having an airframe rib jamming your arm on every other row. Plus it is cold and drafty next to the sidewall.
If you are on the taller side, avoid the window seats on CRJs! I literally can't sit up straight in them due to the curvature of the fuselage.
