The RC Dearborn is a great example of why hotels like this don't belong in the "Luxury" category. It is a perfectly fine, comfortable, up-scale business hotel. It would have to be 10x better to become luxury. The location is terrible, unless you happen to be visiting Ford. No decent food at any restaurant in this hotel, or within miles of this area (or so it seems). I suppose the RC is the best hotel in the area, but that isn't saying much and doesn't make it a destination hotel in my opinion.
