Someone on FT suggested Wotif to me last Fall for my New Zealand trip. Great site ^ They also offer hotels in Amsterdam. Unless I find a better deal (on Priceline), I will be using Wotif. You know which hotel you are picking. You book 2-3 weeks before your arrival. Here's the site --
