P.S.: JR Narita Express Trains (Limited Express) from Narita to Tokyo run twice hourly, change trains there to the Keihin-Tohoku or Yamanote line (or the Sobu-Line that runs on the same underground tracks as the Narita Express). Or take a JR Rapid Service "Airport Narita" (no surcharge, one each hour) directly to Shinbashi.
Actually the nearest JR station is at Hamamatsucho. It is 1 station away from Shimbashi.
