I would proceed with caution with their web booking engine. It almost never works. That airline (as highly rated as it is) has the worst web support. If you want your mileage, then I would suggest going paper on MH. Their electronic ticketing system is a complete joke. By travelling on paper tickets, you have some evidence to send to WorldPerks service center in case mileage is not posted.
