It is indeed but not just any old fish and chips, a veritable Belfast institution, do not expect to book a table, in fact do not look for a table lol

The problem with Belfast nowdays is they are simply spoiled with so many great places to eat and more opening on an almost daily basis.

There are some great places detailed above but my honest advice is follow your nose whichever area you happen to be in. It is a city where anywhere offering sub standard fare simply doesnt survive.
