Still - it is kind of far away from things for the average tourist (and whenever we go to London - we are average tourists). I live in a very "car-centric" part of the US (Florida) - and I think one of the great charms of London is being able to take off on foot and explore. My husband wears a big knee brace and his foot explorations are somewhat limited - still - I think that even for people with perfect knees - Canary Wharf is a bit "away from it all". Robyn
My viewpoint is biased slightly as I used to live in Central London while attending school. As such, going to the FSCW was a wonderful respite!!
