In general I have been more than happy with the level of service offered by DL FAs – especially compared to other US airlines. But I do have one question for you…
Asian carriers make their first and business class customers feel special by addressing them by name at least several times throughout a flight – even on short haul flights – and even when I’m out of my seat – (I don’t know how they manage to remember all our names for that!) But in the US, even the “Once when asking for meal type” seems to be falling by the wayside – what’s your thoughts on this?
