You should have recieved a Flying Blue card as you now are member of this programme: no FP anymore.
On Jet Airways you will only aquire Award miles. It is only possible to earn Level Miles on the Skyteam Alliance & Kenya Airlines.

Check the KLM or AF website under partners to see which fare classes are miles earning.

Combining FT with the KLM website you should be able to answer all your question.
