Fraser, that is an earlier photo than the time I went in it. I can assure you by the time I was on board it was worse ! They seemed to have ordered some special yellow-coloured Ripstop tape to go with the livery, especially noticeable on the fin when boarding through the rear door. Knowing MO'L he probably charged Hertz for having to buy it. The trip was Bristol to Dublin so no impact on journey time. Seemingly after the plane was retired it was going to be sold to Ozjet, the startup in Australia who were offering "premium" inter-city services, but they went out of business before it could be delivered.
By the way, I've flown light aircraft much worse, myself ! It's really not an issue.
