It does up to a point, and the 2 for 1 offers can be good value on branded items (i bought tonnes of energy saving light bulbs from there for 99p ). But the quality of the fruit and veg is not good, and it spoils too quickly. And the own brand stuff is pretty poor. And in my local one (another Safeways conversion) there is a really limited selection of stuff. So I'll stick with Sainsburys or Tescos thank you.
