NO JOKE.

I recently heard the big boss at our company (which pays for RCC memberships, for now, anyway) wondering aloud how it is that the coffee shop in our building has free WiFi, but not the RCC. And here we are, spending far more money and far less time at the RCC than in the coffee shop.

Anyway, guess what, United: the boss has asked me to consider dropping that ***four-digit*** annual bill we pay for the ability to ponder this while using our dialup accounts.
