About the only thing I've ever done is add memory. I've spent time on the weakknees site before. Very likely I'd send my TIVO in to them if my HD ever died. Don't need any extra storage space right now (have 400gig between 2 TIVO's and three hard drives, which is plenty for me). The bad thing about TIVO is I record too much, and have to just set things aside and hope I watch them later on. I have movies from last summer I'm just catching up on.
