I have been BA Gold now since last July and have had 6 tags, but now only have 2

Three of them were bent so much they snapped clean in half, and one was stolen completely on a flight to BUD…

Now I was Silver for quite a while and I don’t remember any problems, save for normal wear and tear…

What does this mean?

Are the baggage handlers so contemptuous of Golds that they feel the need to inflict this damage?

Is this just coincidence?
