There is a meaning to the colored stickers. When pre-flight dining is served, it shows the server whether you are eligible for it. I.e. have to be sitting in F and on a relevant flight in order to be served pre-flight dining.

Since the dining area is readily accessible by anyone in the F lounge, they need this to figure out who can or cannot eat there.
