Another, less legal option would be to download the episodes from Bittorrent, but it would take forever.

Sorry I wasn't aware that CBS and Fox had not signed up to the ITunes site, although it doesn't suprise me much. I'm UK based and 24 is on a subscription channel, so I haven't seen that, and CSI is on a channel I hardly watch.
