In many ways, I think my patience for IVRs is less than it was 2 years ago... now that the novelty of it's worn off, we're looking for perfection where there just isn't any to be had yet. Technology is a funny beast.

As delpreston correctly notes with the system now: two spurts of background noise and you're off to the main desk. On the plus side, I'm getting caught up again with the CO theme music.
