First, they blocked VOIP, now they are charging for service? SQ SKL is still free but it is not going to be around much longer. I heard SKL will shutdown at the end of May when it is merged into the new ANA *A lounge. Hopefully, free WiFi will be available at the new *A lounge, but I highly doubt it.
