NRT RCC Wi-Fi "Fixed" but now 500 Yen
Was just in the NRT RCC a few days ago. Wi-fi now seems pretty reliable, but you have to pay 500 Yen for access (unless you already have an account with one of the providers; didn't see T-Mobile on the list).
