Talking of MB Spa treatments I realised the other day that if you are upgraded to J/F from a lower class you can still get an MB Spa even if you can't get in the lounges. Lounges swipe boarding passes but the MB Spa just check the boarding pass for destination and booking code.
T4 also has more longhaul flights so its less necessary to have stickers whereas T1 is very mixed so stickers stop the confusion.
