In the past ive had missing miles credited within a week, but the last time (before xmas) it took at least a month and several phonecalls before anything happened. In fact i had to email them and confirm the flights several times in one day, and eventually they showed up over-night.
I had to claim from SQ flights a couple of months ago and they showed up after about a week too.
