I've question concering the crediting of missing miles. How long does it usually take for bmi to credit those miles for flights (Star Alliance) that were not recorded automatically by the system (even though BD*S was printed on all boarding passes ; let's talk about automatisation...).

I sent them a letter with all the documents needed as evidence of flying about ten days ago and was just wondering; up to four weeks?
