I agree. I have not even heard of the Gray- and I am in Milan every week ?? The Four Seasons is excellent although the rooms are small- if you want space you will need to book a junior suite at least- but service wise this hotel is 100 times better than Bvlgari. Some also rave about the Park Hyatt- but not me...
