Web checkin help callback-anyone?
Tried to use web checkin this a.m. for our trip to Maui. No Go-says "your request cannot be processed. No big deal- no upgrades or bulkheads on the line, just wanted to try it, as the last 2 times I've flown (both to YYZ) it wouldnt work for me either. (One time I couldnt even use the kiosk-they had me flagged as some sort of internal security check- the agent had to phone somebody to get an override code to check me in!) Anyway, this a,m. I clicked on the little "need help?" icon on the screen and up pops a window where you put in your phone # & supposedly someone calls you back right away!
Has anyone used this yet?
Is the person calling from India?
Can they actually look at your file & fix the problem so you can web checkin?
Or do they tell you to just "checkin at the airport!
