Have not stayed in the Bvlgari Hotel. But a colleague of mine was there a few months ago, and she commented that while the hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were very good looking... the service level was just so so and it felt to her that the staff were hired just to look good and not enough emphasis on the service quality...
