my gf flew ATA from LAX-HNL 1.5 years ago, and the the 2 primary complaints were:

1) seriously delayed luggage in HNL (not ground crew fault, just some ATA screwup)

2) annoying passengers (not the most well-mannered flyers) who were inconsiderate and quite loud.
