To get this fare you need to be an infant (0-2 y.o.)...

As an infant, you can travel for free without a separate seat as a lap child (TA7TN08/IN00 0.00 0.00 0.00 INF NL) or in a separate seat at a 50% discount (TA7TN08/IN50 36.74 2.76 39.50 INS NL).
