I agree 100%, but I think the think that frustrates people are the huge pricing disparities.... i.e. seat on United from Vancouver to Chicago: $600. Exact same seat on United from Vancouver to Chicago with a few more inches of leg room: $1600. Just seems odd to me. A better ticket at the theatre might cost a one-third more, not two-and-a-half times more.
