CBS and Fox don't currently sell TV shows through the iTunes Music Store, so you're out of luck for CSI and 24. You could always Netflix the CDs, rip them to your computer and then load them onto an iPod Video.

Another, less legal option would be to download the episodes from Bittorrent, but it would take forever.

There's also Tivo To Go.
