Suggest that you avoid 11A/F. What you read in seat guru is true, I know from experience. Those two seats (because of the exits) are hardly padded at all. On a long trip, they are really uncomfortable.
My suggestion would be row 5 (bulkhead). Extra leg room and no one pushing their seat into your face.
