Maybe, but NW can delete all the email with a push of a button. 50,000 protest phone books is alot harder to make dissappear. Its also a way to be a bit more pro-active. It seems the FA union caved in and now their only recourse is to moan on FT.
Doug's not our master and we dont have to bite him. We can fly other airlines for the same price. I think it would be nice to leave NW a present before we switch carriers.
