I also only got 10k and the fee waived when I called. Several people mentioned getting 20k or 25k - out of curiosity, how much do you put on your card annually? Do you run a balance on the card?

I put 22k on the card in 2005 and pay the full balance every month. Just trying to see if I'm not as "valuable" of a customer, or if BofA is getting wise to us calling for the $90 and free miles
