Also, I'm going to back off from my statement that I saw no problems with the ATV at T2 and T3. I only made 4 or 5 trips from remote parking since Jan 1st, and it's not like I was there everyday.
In fact, 2 weeks ago, I saw signs piled up at the end of the ATV platform, saying "ATV not is service...please use bus (or something like that). I don't know if they were used recently, just being stored for breakdowns, or if they were being prepared to be used soon.
